Workshops That Feel Safe
You wake up caring about this more than anything else.
About making your school a place where kindness matters, where every child feels they belong, where the bell doesn't just signal lessons
but signals safety.
But the policies keep piling up.
The government targets keep coming. The behaviour initiatives feel like they're talking at children, not walking with them.
And you're tired of trying to fix things that feel broken in a system that's too often broken for them.
What if your school could feel different?
Not because you add another assembly or another tick-box exercise. But because you create spaces where kindness becomes the default, not the exception. Where children learn to be kind to themselves first, because that's how they learn to be kind to each other.
My workshops aren't like others
I come to your school not with all the answers, but with all the questions that matter. We create sessions that feel like conversations, not lectures.
That feels like play, not performance.
For the little ones, we might use stories, art, or props to explore feelings that are too big for words. For the older ones, we do activities, have conversations, and maybe even some silliness to remind them they are still young.
For your staff, we create spaces to breathe and remember why they signed up for this work in the first place.
What actually happens in a workshop?
It depends on who's in the room, really.
Sometimes we're drawing pictures of what confidence looks like.
Sometimes we're talking about what makes us feel invisible, and what makes us feel seen.
Sometimes we're just learning to take up space without apology.
The thing that stays the same is the feeling.
That moment when a child who never speaks suddenly finds their voice, when a child who feels they are invisible is seen.
When a teacher who's been carrying too much weight suddenly puts it down. When the whole room breathes a little easier.
This isn't just another thing to add to your list
I know your timetable's full. I know you've tried things before that didn't stick.
The difference here is that we work with what's already there.
We don't bring in fancy new programmes – we help you see the kindness that's already happening, and help it grow.
We can do anything from a 45-minute session with one class to a whole-day workshop with the children and young people who you feel need it the most. We can work with small groups or give talks to whole assemblies.
The length doesn't matter nearly as much as the feeling when it's over.
What you'll notice afterwards
Children who speak up more freely. Teachers who listen more patiently. A playground where differences are celebrated instead of mocked.
Classrooms where mistakes are seen as learning, not failing.
The best bit? It lasts. Because these aren't just lessons – they're ways of being.
Ways of seeing children as whole people, not just pupils.
Ways of seeing yourself as more than just someone who meets targets.
You don't need to be perfect at this
You don't need to have all the answers.
You don't need to be the most confident person in the room.
You just need to be willing to walk alongside your children as they figure out who they are.
That's where I come in.
I bring the experience, you bring the commitment.
Together, we make your school feel like the kind of place you'd want your own children to be.
Ready to start somewhere?
Let's have a proper chat about what your school needs. Not what someone else thinks you need, but what your children and your staff are actually telling you they need.
The bell rings. The children come in. The day unfolds. What if today could be different?

“The warm, nurturing atmosphere that Vie creates enabled all the children to participate at their own level. She instantly made all the children feel comfortable, ensuring that the children got the most out of her workshop.”
“Your encouragement of the girls was fantastic and helped them to open up. The affirmations were also fab!”
“All children were engaged and excited. The sign language was really appreciated - very inclusive workshop”
“Interesting, heartfelt and heartwarming workshop.
I loved the activities, particularly the compliment task.”
“We really appreciated the way Vie was able to be so flexible with the activities she had planned. Making sure that she had enough to continue exploring the feeling of happiness if a particular class moved quickly through the activities. A very responsive way to lead a workshop. We hope to work with Vie again.”
