Day One: Working with your teams to determine what their needs are, start developing tools that are good for YOUR organisation, and work on implementing them.

Day Two: We look at what’s worked, and what hasn’t worked, and why, then develop new tools based on what they have learned.

Day Three: A round up session and develop plans for continuing to move forward.
