One-to-One Confidence Creation Sessions

You know that feeling when you wake up already tired? Not just from lack of sleep – but from years of giving without receiving.

You're the one who holds it all together.

The one who says yes when you want to say no, who keeps going when you're running on empty, who puts everyone else's needs before your own.

You're good at it.

Too good, sometimes.

I see you.

I see how quietly your confidence has eroded over time, how you've learned to measure your worth by what you do rather than who you are.

How you've tried all the things – the books, the apps, the yoga, the running – yet still feel this nagging sense that there must be more to this.

What if you gave yourself permission to be more than just what you do for everyone else?

This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken.

This is about remembering who you are underneath all the roles you play.

About coming back to yourself after years of giving your pieces away to others.

About building confidence that comes from within, not from what you achieve for everyone else.

In our sessions together, we'll create space where you can just be. Where you don't have to perform or prove anything. Where your feelings are valid exactly as they are, and your experiences matter simply because they're yours.

How it works

Our first session is really just about getting to know each other. You can share as much or as little as you want. Some people come with specific things they're struggling with, others aren't sure yet, and that's absolutely fine too.

We'll work at your pace. Some people feel shifts after just a couple of sessions, others prefer longer-term support.

We'll figure out what works best for you as we go. There's no pressure to commit to anything before you're ready.

What happens in these sessions stays here.

This is your space.

I'm trauma-informed and can support you with confidence-related challenges, whether that's anxiety, past experiences, or just that feeling of not being "enough" that won't shift.

For more about what a session looks like, here’s a blog I wrote about it.

You might be wondering...

Do I need to have it all figured out before I start? No. You just need to be willing to begin. That's all.

What if I'm not sure this is for me? That's okay too. Sometimes the first step is just wondering if there could be another way. Let's start there.

Will this work if I've tried everything before? I hear that a lot. The difference here is that we're not adding more to your to-do list. We're helping you reconnect with what's already inside you.

What comes after

Imagine waking up and feeling that little bit lighter. Imagine saying no without the guilt that follows. Imagine noticing the small joys in your day again, not because you're trying to be positive, but because you're actually feeling it.

You'll still have hard days – that's life. But they won't define you anymore. You'll give from a fuller cup, not an empty one. You'll trust yourself again. And best of all, you'll feel like yourself again.

The person who remembers they matter, not just for what they do, but simply because they exist.

Ready to begin?

Sessions start at £120 each, with package deals if you want to work together longer-term.

Sessions for young people under 18 are £60.

We can meet online or in person – whatever feels most comfortable for you.

If you feel that little nudge that says "there must be more to this," or you're tired of feeling like you're just going through the motions, then you're probably ready.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to begin.

Let's find your way back to you.

Absolutely. I always work with organisers to understand the audience and what would be most helpful. The best talks are the ones that feel relevant to the people in the room.

I'm quite flexible - I can work with whatever setup you have. I usually use simple PowerPoint slides to support my message, but I'm happy to adapt to whatever works best for your venue.

Yes, I'm experienced with online speaking through various platforms. I can adapt my style to work well in virtual environments while still creating engagement and connection.
